How Noble VPS billing works
The storefront shows plans. The client area is where you pay, renew, and cancel.
noblevps.com is the catalog. dash.noblevps.com is the commercial system.
Orders
Buy Now carries the plan and billing cycle into the client area. The invoice there is what you owe, even if a cached marketing page is stale.
Cycles
Monthly is the list rate. Quarterly, annual, and biannual apply the discounts shown on the plans page. You pay the period up front.
Renewals
The client area invoices before the due date. Keep a valid payment method on file if you enabled auto-renew.
Support about money
Billing tickets go through the same client area as technical tickets. Include the invoice number.
