Where are your data centers located?

Accepted Answer

USA plans run in United States data centers. EU plans run in the European Union. Pick the region closest to the people who will sit on the machine. Facilities use redundant power, cooling, and network paths.

What is the difference between USA and EU plans?

The resource sheet is the same. The difference is where the hypervisor lives, which drives latency and the EU price (a 25% location premium). Order the region your operators actually use; you can add the other region later if a project moves.

What is the Build your own VPS option?

Build your own lets you set CPU, RAM, and disk instead of picking Herald through Sovereign. You still choose Windows or Linux, USA or EU, and a billing cycle. Checkout, invoices, and delivery happen in the client area.

What operating systems are available?

Windows Server 2019, 2022, and 2025. Linux images commonly include Ubuntu LTS, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, CentOS Stream, and similar distributions shown at checkout. Resource levels do not change with the OS — Windows and Linux share the same plan table.

A dedicated IPv4, 1 Gbps networking, unmetered bandwidth under fair use, full Administrator or root access, NVMe storage, DDoS protection at the edge, and tickets around the clock. Higher lines get the same access model with more CPU, RAM, and disk.

What billing cycles do you offer?

Monthly, quarterly (5% off the monthly rate), annual (15% off), and biannual (26% off). The storefront shows the adjusted price; you pay the invoice in the client area.

How do the discounts work?

Discounts apply to the published monthly EUR price. Monthly is the list rate. Quarterly is 5% off (×0.95), annual is 15% off (×0.85), and biannual is 26% off (×0.74). You are billed for the whole period up front — for example, annual is twelve months at the discounted monthly rate.

What payment methods are accepted?

When checkout opens, the client area accepts the methods we have enabled — typically major cards, and others if we turn them on. Enterprise wire options can be discussed with sales. This marketing site never collects card numbers.

Is there a trial period?

There is no unpaid trial. New orders include a 7-day money-back window. If the service is not right, cancel from the client area or open a ticket within that window.

Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied?

Within the first 7 days of a new service, yes. After that, refunds are case-by-case for our own infrastructure failures. The terms shown at checkout are the commercial record.

How do I sign up?

Choose USA or EU, pick Herald through Sovereign (or Build your own), select a billing cycle, and use Buy now. That takes you to the client area to pay. Login details appear on the service once the VPS is provisioned.

How quickly are services activated?

After payment clears, standard Windows and Linux plans provision automatically. Most customers can log in within about a minute. Custom images or a busy queue can take longer — typically still within a few minutes.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. Use the upgrade options in the client area or open a ticket. Upgrades are usually prorated for the rest of the cycle. Downgrades typically wait until the next renewal so we do not destroy disks mid-term.

Can I cancel my service at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel in the client area. Service runs until the paid period ends. Back up anything you need first — disks are wiped when the service is terminated.

What kind of access do I get?

Full Administrator on Windows and root on Linux. You may install legitimate software and manage users. Abuse, spam, scanning, and illegal content are not allowed.

What should I do if I experience technical issues?

Open a ticket from Contact in the client area. Include the service ID, OS, and what you already tried. Do not email passwords in the clear if you can avoid it.

How is my data protected?

Facilities are physically controlled, the network is filtered, and hosts are patched on our side. Encrypted storage can be discussed for specific workloads. You still own guest backups — do not treat a single VPS as the only copy of data you cannot lose.

Do you provide backup services?

We keep infrastructure snapshots for disaster recovery. They are not a file-restore product and we cannot pull individual files out of a failed guest. Schedule your own backups (and test a restore) for anything important.

What happens if I violate the Terms of Service?

We can suspend or terminate the service. Serious abuse (illegal content, scanning, spam, botnets, resource abuse that hurts neighbors) may be immediate and without refund. Tickets go through the client area if you think a suspension is a mistake.

Is DDoS protection included with all plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Edge filtering is on every plan to keep the network usable. It is not a promise to absorb an unlimited attack. Open a ticket if you are under a sustained event so we can raise mitigation.
