NNoble VPS

Legal

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This policy covers noblevps.com (the catalog) and the Noble VPS client area at dash.noblevps.com (accounts, invoices, and tickets). It is written for customers of Windows and Linux VPS services. It is not legal advice; counsel should review it before you rely on it in a dispute.

1. Information we collect

We collect what you give us when you create an account, place an order, or open a ticket: name, email address, billing details, and anything you paste into support. The storefront may also see technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed. Theme and color-palette choices stay in your browser (local storage) and are not an account profile.

Guest operating-system data on a VPS (files, RDP sessions, SSH keys you install) is yours to manage. We do not treat the contents of your disk as a marketing database.

2. How we use your information

We use it to:

  • Provide, maintain, and secure your servers and account
  • Process payments and reduce fraud
  • Answer tickets and troubleshoot the VPS
  • Send service notices, invoices, and other transactional mail
  • Improve the website, the catalog, and how we operate the service

We do not use the marketing site to run surprise advertising profiles. Analytics, if enabled, is used to see whether pages load and which plans people open.

3. Payments

Checkout and stored payment methods live in the client area. Card numbers are handled by the billing portal and its payment processors. noblevps.com does not store full card details.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it with processors who help run the business (payments, infrastructure, status monitoring, email) and only as needed to deliver the service, meet the law, or protect the network. We may disclose information if required by a valid legal process.

5. Data retention and security

Account and billing records are kept as long as the account exists and as long as we must keep them for tax, fraud, and dispute purposes. After a service is terminated, guest disks are destroyed according to the process described in the docs and terms — that is not a backup product.

We use isolation between guests, restricted staff access, and TLS on the client area. No hosting provider can promise that the internet is safe; you still own guest passwords, keys, and application patches.

6. Your rights

You may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold on the account, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Open a ticket in the client area and mark it as a privacy request. We still keep records we are required to keep (for example invoices).

If you are in a region with extra statutory rights (access, portability, objection), we will handle the request through the same ticket path.

7. Contact

Privacy questions go through the client area ticket form at dash.noblevps.com — the same desk as billing and technical support. Do not email passwords in the clear.

The commercial terms for the VPS itself are the Terms of Service on this site and the terms shown at checkout.
