Payment terms

When invoices are due and where card data is handled.

Pay invoices in the client area. This website does not see your card number.

Due dates

New orders are due at checkout. Renewals follow the client area invoice. Late invoices can suspend the VPS.

Currency

Storefront prices are EUR. The invoice currency in the client area is what you actually pay.

Disputes

Chargebacks without a ticket first may suspend the account. Talk to us — the 7-day new-order window exists so you do not need a dispute for a quick change of mind.

Receipts

Download PDFs from the client area. We do not re-issue tax documents from the marketing site.
